Hondas 2011 Best Car Manufacturer Consumer Reports Magazine

Honda managed to occupy the first place according to a survey conducted by Consumer Reports magazine in the United States. Consumer Reports itself is an independent automotive magazine based in New York City, USA. The magazine annually conduct surveys to determine the best ratings and the best car manufacturer.

Reports on the investigation and the results of a survey conducted by the level of Consumer Reports magazine is often used as a reference or benchmark by consumers around the world who want to buy a car.

Honda managed to rank first by bagging 74 of the scale value of 100 set by the jury. Honda also managed to lead from various brands available. The survey results are displayed to the public in early March 2011. In addition to providing assessments to the car manufacturers, Consumer Reports also provide an assessment of the number of cars.

Subcompact car (subcompact) Honda, the Honda Fit or better known as the Honda Jazz in Indonesia received an award as the best value and best budget car among small cars in its class. Honda Fit (Jazz) managed to lead of 270 cars tested during the assessment process takes place.
The appraiser said, some aspects of the assessment element is the comfort factor, vehicle acceleration, engine performance and fuel consumption rate. Honda Fit (Jazz) powered by engines made by Hondas i-VTEC 1.5 liter. Hondas i-VTEC engine capable of producing power 1.5-liter 120 ps at 6600 rpm. Level of fuel consumption is 1 liter to 33 mpg (miles per gallon).
